How to get

Collective Transport Services:

There is conventional bus from Tralapa and luxury minibuses from San Jose, with stop almost in front of the Villas. In addition, there are bus lines to the many beaches that surround us.

Car:

From Santa Cruz:

From the entrance to Playa Tamarindo 20 km to the west, you reach Villa Real. Then 15 kilometers to the northeast, pass through the town of Huacas, until you reach the Catholic Church of Brasilito, from there are 500 mts northeast, on the right.

Planes:

From Daniel Oduber International Airport, Liberia (45 minutes from Villas Jinesta): Head for 35 km to the west entering the town of Belény and then to Huacas from where it takes 4 km to the west until you reach the Catholic Church of Brasilito, Which is 500mts. Northeast on the right.

National airport in Tamarindo beach at 15 K.m.

Characteristics of the villas

Superior Villa

(Each villa (60 m2) Master bedroom: A double bed and a single sofa bed. In the living room there is a sofa tv-double bed dropdown. Adjoining is the kitchen bar and dining on the balcony, A/C in bedrooms and kitchen. Located on second and third floors.

Loft

(50 m2): equipped and furnished, has not divisions, A/C throughout the room. Location: first floor. One queen bed , double sofa bed and one single bed.

Double Room

(11m2): Capacity for 2 people Queen Bed. Closet, A/C, fan, trunk, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, private bathroom with hot water. Located on second floor with overlooking to a garden with palms. No balcony.

Standar Villa

(Each villa: 40 m2): It has several rooms: Master bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, trundle style dining balcony and a little kitchen-breakfast, A/C in room. Located on second and third floor, facing Main Street.

Pool

The common pool area has a small area for children and another for adults; One part is under roof. The pool has tiles and its size is 5 meters long by 3.20 wide

Check in: 14.3:00 pm- 18:00 pm Guest must coordinate operative management at the phone 8364-8780 or write :eddy.villalta@hotmail.com. Especially if you will arrive later than the check-in time.

Check Out: 8:30 am- 11:30 am

Reservation policies

  • To confirm reservations must be send by mail villasjinesta@gmail.com please with the corresponding receipt attached or to the fax: (506) 2290-4026.

  • Reservations that don’t have the 50% paid cannot be reserved. For holly days guests must pay the 100% of the total amount. Please make these payments with wire transfer (see the accounts below).

  • When the reservation it’s made, guest has to read and accept the reservations policies, terms and conditions, and characteristics of the Villages Jinesta.

Payments

By international system: Credit Card o by Pay pal or deposits must be made in name of “Villa Alta Sol y Mar de Sofía S.A”, number 3-101-412036, at the following accounts: At the check-in, receipt will be asked and personal id and will be proceeded the other part of payment, in case that is necessary.

Cancellation policies

  • Cancellations must be sending to the mail villasjinesta@gmail.com

  • The client will have to pay 50% of the total price if he cancels after making the reservation and 20% more of the total price if he cancels during the 14 days before the date of arrival.

  • Payments in advance.The client will have to pay 50% of the total price in advance after booking and 20% more of the total price during the 14 days before the arrival date.

  • Before the check-in there is a $100 deposit warranty that it’s paid back after the reservation. This deposit will be use in case of any damage to the installations, or something missing.

​Sustainability Policies and Regulations:

Villages Jinesta is a place with environmental sustainability and social economic work with the community, that’s why there is a delay with changing towels and blankets, also with cleaning. We have a slow changing towels policy, also applies to sheets and others. Our products are environment friendly. It is not allow sexual harassment, prostitution, drugs, smoking, and underage drinking.

General Information

The villages have a neocolonial architectural style and are rented by number of persons (other than New Year and Easter), most have views of the mountains or pool .Common pool area has a small area for children and one for adults. The pool has 5 meters long by 3.20 wide.

We provide information on: the culture of the place, numerous tour of land and water fun and nearby national parks such as Sea Leatherback (10 minutes), casinos and nightclubs very close, among others.

We are located 2 blocks (or 250 mts) from Brasilito Bay ( Beaches Brasilito and Conchal) and Brasilito down town .Besides there are a fusion restaurant (Argentinian/Costa Rica) and Conchal supermarket . In Brasilito Town are a lot of mini markets, restaurants and many facilities like handicraft stores and medical centers . Also, you can find beaches like Tamarindo and Flamingo, and little known treasures such as beaches and spectacular: Penca, Danta, Dantitas, Pan de Azucar and Avellanas.

Services Public Transportation:

There is conventional bus from San Jose with a stop in front of the Villas. In addition, there interline bus to nearby beaches and luxury minibuses.

We are very near o of the most beautiful beach in Costa Rica, “Conchal shore” as its name says, is formed by millions of multicolored grinded shells, giving a spectacular view , coming from coral reef nearby, and the tone of the sea is turquoise, water is translucent so you can see the fishes and marine life around.

The spectacular view near sunset is perfect for romance, and you can see how the shell and mineral sparkles as crystals, giving you comfortable, relaxation. Brasilito Beach, is characterized by its wetlands of the dry tropics

Activities

As the sea of these beaches is varied, but dominates the gentle waves, there are varieties of activities some of which are:

  • Marine sports such as: scuba diving or snorkeling, sailing, surf, kayak, catamarans, fishing, banana and stand up

  • ·Land sport as Canopy, horseback riding on the beach, ATV and bikes and yoga.

  • Visits to nearby towns to learn or try traditional cuisine, typical dances, authentic guanacastecan tours and share with families.

  • Watching birds, monkeys, turtles like a: green (almost year-round) and leatherback turtle or Baula and besides the Blue Whale ( both the biggest in the world) .

  • Surfing is predominant, allowing you to do various activities: snorkeling, sailing, kayaking, catamarans, fishing, yachts, boats, donuts, bananas and stand-up. In Brasilito beaches and mainly Tamarindo (15 minutes) .

  • Whale and turtle watching: green, Cheloniamydas or Baulas, (Dermochelyscoriacea) (the largest in the world and on the verge of extinction) (applies for Months from October to February)

  • Terrestrial: Canopy, horseback riding on the beach, quadricycles and bicycles. GYM and Yoga nearby (previous notice, for different levels).

  • Other activities in the area:

  • Golf in Playa Conchal. Marina at Playa Potrero (2 kilometers) discos and casinos

  • Cultural: The tourist can learn about the process of cooking tortillas and other typical dishes of the region or know about handicrafts, typical dances and a traditional house of the area, among others.
